Larry D. Clinesmith, 52, of Evans died Thursday August 19, 1999 at North Colorado Medical Center.

He was born July 21, 1947 in Alva, Oklahoma to Harold Dee and Florance (Trekell) Clinesmith.

On Feb 28, 1968 he married Barbara Gregory of Kearney, Nebraska in Greeley.

Mr. Clinesmith graduated from Holdrege (Neb.) High School in 1965. In 1968, he moved to Greeley where he worked for the Greeley Sign Co. from 1968-98. In 1998, he joined BFI as a mechanic.

Mr. Clinesmith was active in Boy Scouts of America from 1975-80.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Clinesmith of Evans: a son, Mark Clinesmith of Greeley; four sisters, Evelyn Flessner of Evans; Rebecca Purkey of Gibbon, Neb., Linda Bell of Wichita, Kan., and Marjoree Essex of Colcord, Okla.; a brother Michael Clinesmith of Jacksonville, N.C.; and five grandchildren. His parents are deceased.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday a Stoddard Funeral Home/Cremation.

Friends may visit from noon-5 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-noon Monday at the funeral home.
