Retired from Sara Lee Bakery Group in January of 2005 after 25 years. Moved to La Penita Nayarit Mexico in 2006. Totally retired for three years and did a lot of fishing, both bass and deep sea. But found a service that needed to be filled in the fall of 2009. Started a bakery catering business from my house and have been baking almost every day from Nov thru March. Specializing in Lasagna and Quiche for meals and Carrot and Cheese Cakes for desserts. The name of my business is PASTELES DIVINO (DIVINE PASTERIES). Love finding new places to explore and to eat as the food is fantastic down here. In the summer I can relax again and do some fishing. |
