After graduation attended Trinity College (Deerfield, IL). Commissioned as 2nd Lt., USAR and served stateside. Married college sweetheart, Gloria Neeleman, 1972. (Three wonderful children and one grandson.) Graduated University of Nebraska College of Law, 1974. Have practiced law in Rockford, IL since 1975.
