I moved to Kansas (still Husker fan though) from Phoenix, AZ in 2001 to take care of my mother after my father's passing and later met my late husband and next door neighbor Gordon and married in 2006. My husband passed this last November so I am learning to live on my own once again. All my children have grown up and scattered about the country; Jeff is in CA, Beth is in KC, Emily is in KC and Brett lives here in Mankato and comes to my aide when I can't figure out some plumbing or electrical thing. Beth has given us two wonderful grandchildren; Reiley and Gage. I have had a very full and wonderful journey to this point. |
