 I went to the University of Nebraska and received an Accounting degree. I worked in Nebraska and Iowa in various tax or accounting positions until 1999. Then I moved to Atlanta, Georgia for a position with an insurance company in 1999. It was the best move of my life. This is where I found my husband, Alan, through a dating service. We have been happily married for 4 years, and have two children -- twins born in 2004. I'm guessing I may be in the running for the person in my class having children at the oldest age I retired from tax work when the twins were born and have been enjoying being a stay-at-home mom since then.
