Bio

 After graduating from HHS in 1973, I attented UNL graduating with a BS in Microbiology in 1978. I did a year of graduate studies at the University, then moved to Omaha and did research in the Biochemistry Dept at the Medical Center for a year.
I started Medical School in Omaha in 1980, graduating with my MD in 1984. I did my year of general surgery at Creighton University, then back the UNMC for four years of an Otolaryngology residency. After completing my residency, we moved to the Kansas City area where I have been in private practice. After a recent merger with another ENT group, we now have 8 physicians and one nurse practitioner. I continue to work full time, but plan to retire the minute I win the Power Ball.
I married Joseph Roh in 1983. He is from Tekamah, NE. He is a general surgeon and was a couple of years ahead of me in medical school. We have three children: Allison, who is 21 and a recent graduate of St Louis University, Joseph, who is 19 and just finished his Freshman year of college at Washington University in St Louis, and Patrick, who is 15 and just completed his Freshman year of high school. We are blessed with happy, healthy children. No wedding plans for anyone, and as far as we know, we are not grandparents.
Like many people, I work too hard, but still find time to ski, garden, and travel. In the last couple of years we have gone to Italy and France and hope to return to France sometime next year.
