Bio |
After high school, I was a stay at home mother until 1976 when I
took a class "for fun" at Kearney State College. I graduated
Summa Cum Laude six years later with a BA in Education, and taught
English and Speech for three years. Left teaching for a job at a local
ABC affiliate station where I stayed for six years before going to work
for the Kearney Hub Publishing Company as a marketing executive.
I've been in that position for 15 years and will remain there until
retirement (whenever that is).
Rick & I have been married for 40 wonderful years and are the grandparents of three boys: Ryan, Jacob and Seth. We are fortunate to have our two children and the grandsons living close to us (in Minden and Kearney). LIFE IS GOOD! |
