Bio

Wow, when I took a look back at my childhood, what wonderful memories I have. I truly was blessed with great friends, and what fun we all had. Slumber parties, tee peeing, 4-H, playing football on Sunday afternoons, riding bikes, and playing ditch 'em. Riding Becky's horses or being bucked off, Becky's attic, Saturday at the Man Shop, then going to the Colony Cafe for "green babies". Peanuts, no I mean Mr. Anderson, Johnson Lake, the sand pits, bombing 4th, singing silly songs. Going to the musicals or being in the musicals! But what I treasure the most was our walks to and from events. All of us could be together. I guess that is why I love to walk today. And who can forget playing kick the can. all these memories I cherish because all of you were a part of them. Thanks for all the memories. My life today is full of time spent with my family. Mark and I have 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and one is on the way this Sept. I have been wonderfully blessed by God. I keep busy helping do book work on the farm, yard work, and gardening, which I love. I still sing at church, and sing in the Messiah every Palm Sunday,"Axtell Area Oratorio Society ". I also do children ministry which I feel is a great privilege and very rewarding. Mark and I love to travel and visit old friends and family. I guess you would say I have learned to just enjoy life. I was asked, "What piece of advice would you give your former classmates?" Knowing God is fascinating. Knowing God personally is Life-Changing. So fill your life with love and laughter. Never mind what anguish lies behind you. Forget, Forgive, Love, and Laugh!
