Linda Sue Buettner, 21, of Funk, died Thursday at Rochester, Minn., where she had been a patient in a hospital the past month. She was a senior at Kearney State College and had been doing her student teaching at Gibbon prior to becoming ill.

Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Buettner of Funk; one brother, Robert of Funk; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Shineflew of Van Nuys, Calif.; her grandfather, John Wells of Elm Creek. The Nielsen Mortuary will announce funeral arrangements.

Funeral Services, for Linda Buettner, who died Thursday, Jan 23, 1969, will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the All Saints Catholic Church in Holdrege with Fr. John Howe officiating. Burial will be in the Kearney Cemetery. A Bible service will be held Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the Nielsen Mortuary in Kearney.

Pallbearers will be Dan Baker, Bill Gannon, Eldon Johnson, Robert Reiner, Dennis Dukesherer and Keith Brown.
