WELCOME CLASSMATES & FRIENDS!!

This will hopefully turn into one of the most informative websites on the whole darn World Wide Web....

Unfortunately it won't happen without a little help from the rest of the class of '65. What started with my Mother keeping a scrapbook with all my grade school pictures in it, has expanded to now include all the grade school photos, at least for the townies.  I do have a couple of the rural school photos and if you country kids can come up with a few more we will add another section for you.  With the growing collection I figured it as time for an index to help you find the classmate of interest.  Click here for a list alphabetized by first name.  From there you can click on the class links in the table with the name and be sent to the desired photo.  Delmer Berry was kind enough to furnish me with the Roosevelt School pictures for 4th, 5th, and 6th as well as Washington 3rd Grade, and Carol Walker (Greathouse) added the other 2nd grade class from Franklin and the 1st Grade class from Washington.  Linda Trollope (Johnson)  provided the 1st and 2nd grade photos from Lincoln,  Jerry Dodson came thru with the 3rd and 4th and Robert Reiner the 5th and 6th grade classes at Franklin, Carol Blauvelt (Miller) added Washington schools  morning Kindergarten and 2nd grade classes.  Jane Quinn (Dahlstrom) with scanner assistance from Suzanne Stratton (Harris) provided the shots of the other 1st grade class and 4th and 5th grades from Washington. Ed Hollingsworth completed the collection when he added the afternoon Kindergarten class from Washington.  Other contributors to this site include James Loar and Mary Frasier (Morris) who furnished some items for the Memorabilia Section  and Kathy Anderson who provided a collection of photos that spans across more than 3 decades.  A special thanks also goes out to RoDonna (Mrs. Bob) Harden not only for her contribution of the 6th grade Washington photo, but also for her many years of contributing to the education of her students. If anybody out there has any other school  pictures they want to share with the world please scan them in and e-mail them to me.

The 40 year reunion happened on the 19th thru the 21st of August, and I for one had a great time. For those of you who missed it, we are already thinking up things to make the 45 year reunion even better. The latest addition is our "More Casual Pics", a link to our latest photos. Anytime two or more members of the Class of '65 get together we will consider that a mini-reunion and it can be immortalized here. Be sure to bring the camera along so the rest of us can keep in touch with what's been going on.
